1.Order Confirmation: When you place an order through our website, it is considered an offer to purchase services. Final confirmation of all orders will be done via email at [email protected]. This confirmation serves as proof of the order details in case any issues arise, and we encourage clients to keep copies of all communications for future reference.

2.Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card and PayPal. Bank transfers are generally not accepted as they tend to take more time. However, for larger orders placed by businesses, we may consider bank transfers on a case-by-case basis. Full payment must be received before we begin working on your order.

3.Pricing: All prices are listed in euros and are inclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices quoted at the time of the order confirmation will remain final for that transaction.

1.Local Delivery and Pickup: We currently deliver locally within Tenerife. Delivery is available for a fee unless specified otherwise in promotions (e.g., free delivery for orders above €30). Clients can also choose to pick up their orders from our office in Tamaimo.

2.Shipping Outside Tenerife: At this time, we do not ship orders outside of Tenerife. If orders are placed from other parts of the Canary Islands or internationally, each case will be handled individually due to the logistical challenges involved. While we may consider these requests, they are not guaranteed.

3.Delivery Time: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as equipment malfunctions or supply delays may affect our ability to deliver on time. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly and work with you to resolve the issue.

1.No Returns for Custom Orders: Due to the nature of our business, custom-designed and printed materials cannot be returned. For instance, printed documents, custom menus, or business cards cannot be reused or resold. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. We will work with you to make sure the final product meets your expectations, whether it’s a physical item or a digital design. Please note, once an order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellations will not be possible.

2.Refunds for Digital Products: As digital products such as social media templates cannot be returned once delivered, refunds will not be provided once the client receives the product. We encourage open communication during the design process to ensure the final product aligns with client needs.

3.Cancellations: Orders that have been confirmed by both parties cannot be canceled once work has commenced. We will inform the client once the project has started to ensure full transparency.

All designs and content provided by ArtFart.Ink remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited license to use the materials for personal or business use. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized commercial use of our designs is prohibited unless explicit written permission is provided by us.

While we make every effort to ensure that the products and services we deliver meet the highest standards, ArtFart.Ink is not liable for any losses or damages beyond the cost of the order placed. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by third-party services, loss of data, or errors in the printing process.
